Blomeyer & Sanz has completed the external evaluation of the Africa-Europe Diaspora Development Platform (ADEPT). The evaluation covered the period from September 2017 to April 2020, focusing on the ADEPT’s transition period. The evaluation had two main objectives: a) to provide an assessment of the ADEPT past performance in the period under evaluation (with a focus medium-term outcomes) and factors contributing or limiting their achievement; b) to provide lessons learned and recommendations for improvement of both ongoing and future ADEPT actions. The methodology comprised desk research, interviews with more than 40 stakeholders, and a survey.
