Throughout June to September 2023 Blomeyer & Sanz supported the JRC with an assessment of funding allocations under the EU-27 Recovery and Resilience Plans. More specifically we reviewed the extent to which funding was allocated to the development of skills for smart specialisation, industrial transition and entrepreneurship. This was part of the wider initiative ‘Higher Education for Smart Specialisation’.
