Blomeyer & Sanz will conduct an evaluation for the International Centre for Migration Policy Development
The International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD) has contracted Blomeyer & Sanz to conduct an independent, third-party evaluation of the pilot phase of the European Union Global Diaspora Facility (EUDiF). EUDiF, which is funded by the European Commission’s Directorate General for International Partnerships (DG INPTA), began in June 2019 and will continue until December 2023 with the main objective to foster effective engagement and collaboration between governments of countries of origin and diaspora organisations and with the EU. The evaluation aims to review the relevance, coherence, effectiveness and efficiency of the EUDiF, and to elaborate a set of recommendations on the design and implementation of EUDiF II.
