Blomeyer & Sanz conducts the mid-term evaluation of Transparency International’s Inclusive Service Delivery in Africa project

Blomeyer & Sanz conducts an evaluation of Transparency International’s (TI) Inclusive Service Delivery in Africa (ISDA) project. The ISDA project endeavours to respond to corruption and impunity within the healthcare and education sectors across five African countries, including Ghana, Rwanda, Democratic Republic of Congo, Madagascar and Zimbabwe. The evaluation will assess the progress in implementation, challenges and learnings from the project, document good practices and generate recommendations for the upcoming project period. In March 2024, the evaluation team participated in the ISDA annual project meeting held in Madagascar to observe the project planning, present the evaluation to the five TI national chapters and speak with relevant project stakeholders involved in the project as partners or beneficiaries. Additionally, the evaluation team will conduct in-person data collection in Rwanda and Ghana and remote interviews with stakeholders from Zimbabwe and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
