In March 2024 Blomeyer & Sanz was contracted by the Luxembourg Development Cooperation Agency (LuxDev) to conduct the final evaluation of the Project KSV/019, that aimed to contribute to Kosovo’s efforts to meet the requirements of the Stabilisation and Association Agreement (SAA) with the EU and other obligations arising from the need to comply with the EU acquis. Most notably, the project aimed to strengthen the human resources of the Kosovo administration in ten key sectors of EU legislation in a sustainable manner. The types of activities of the project included a wide range of possible measures, including trainings, trainings of trainers, technical assistance and coaching, study tours and secondments to Member States institutions involved in acquis implementation, and in-depth research of EU policies to support the formulation of national policies.
