blomeyer & sanz is supporting the Organization for Security and Co-operation with an evaluation of its assistance to OSCE Participating States in the area of capacity development for the destruction / storage of light weapons and small arms. The evaluation is delivered in cooperation with the Small Arms Survey (http://www.smallarmssurvey.org) and the Center for the Study of Democracy (http://www.csd.bg), and reviews the performance of assistance in line with the criteria of relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, impact and sustainability. The evaluation was launched with a meeting with the OSCE’s Office of Internal Oversight on 7 October 2014 and will be completed in January 2015.
