In coordination with the Policy Impact Lab, Blomeyer & Sanz conducted a research study related to the funding of social care and support services sector available for people with disabilities in Slovakia. The study was commissioned by the European Association of Service Providers for persons with Disabilities (EASPD) and makes part of the EASPD ‘Commit!’ Work Programme 2020.

The factsheet describes the development of funding policies for disability care and support and its impact on the disability services themselves, including the quality, access and working conditions. In terms of scope, the factsheet covers day care, respite care, supported/independent living, residential and semi-residential care services.
