Blomeyer & Sanz was recently contracted by the Financial Mechanism Office (FMO) of the EEA & Norway Grants to conduct the midterm evaluation of the local development programmes (2014-2021 Financial Mechanisms). The programmes under evaluation are implemented in 15 different countries: Bulgaria, Czechia, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, and Slovenia. The main purpose of this midterm evaluation is to identify and assess the extent to which the EEA and Norway Grants, through the implementation of local development programmes, are contributing to the creation of structural change at local level and under the supported theme.
