In the context of the Council of Europe project, “Strengthening democracy and building trust at local level in Ukraine”, Blomeyer & Sanz is currently conducting the baseline assessment of the institutional capacities of the Association of Ukrainian Cities (AUC). Our experts had two field missions to Ukraine to meet with the AUC management and members, national authorities, international donors and civil society organisations. Around 30 personal interviews and three focus groups were organised. The information collected through the assessment will serve as a basis for the future development of the Association.
