Blomeyer & Sanz conducts an evaluation for the Council of Europe in Kosovo

Blomeyer & Sanz is conducting the evaluation of the project ‘Strengthening the Quality and Efficiency of Justice in Kosovo’ (KoSEJ). The project was carried out by the Council of Europe’s European Commission for the Efficiency of Justice (CEPEJ), under the Council of Europe/European Union Horizontal Facility for Western Balkans and Turkey, and it aimed to enhance the day-to-day efficiency and quality of the Kosovo justice system, by making available to the beneficiaries the relevant CEPEJ methodology and tools, and providing them with assistance for their implementation. In this context, at the end of April, Blomeyer & Sand undertook a mission to Pristina in order to interview relevant local stakeholders, including representatives of the Ministry of Justice, the Kosovo Judicial Council, the Kosovo Prosecutorial Office and the Court of Appeals.
