Description

The Agency is in the process of developing a strategic framework whose underpinning premise is that sound, evidence-based decisions can be made only through an understanding of complex systems. It will be important to design a strategy that can cope with uncertainty and envision pathways and actions that can promote and protect fundamental rights in the future, in an era when many fields are developing rapidly and experiencing radical changes, and since fundamental rights challenges and emergencies require responsive approaches and responses tailored to context-specific changes.
