The Council of Europe acting through the Directorate of Internal Oversight contracted Blomeyer & Sanz in December 2018 to conduct the evaluation of Council of Europe support to access to justice for Roma women in Bulgaria, Greece, Italy and Romania. This assignment will be completed in April 2019, and has already seen case study work in Athens, Thessaloniki, Naples, Bucharest, Calarasi and Veliko Tarnovo, including focus group meetings with Roma women and interviews with European, national and local authorities.
